| Neither am I, but an inflatable? Especially LIS - I checked back on the weather data - 3 to 5, winds
from the SW 10 - 15 with occasional gusts to 25. Like Eisboch said, he was damn lucky a ferry didn't take him out along
with everything else. |

| Damn, quite lucky and perhaps, quite stupid. I don't know what the
weather was like on the Sound, but I'm not that far away, and we had 10"
of rain during that time period. I'm not a fair weather fisherman, but I
wouldn't have gone out in that weather, especially in an 8' inflatable. |
