Not a real big surf day. Wrong direction. In July, is flat calm and the reef is about 45' deep. Fantastic fishing. About 5 years ago, when the Ling Cod Limit was still 5, I was trolling over the reef, and got 3 ling cod, 2 salmon, and a couple of nice Rock Cod. All on a flasher / hoochie setup.	Bill Dec 29
