Speakin of fish
One of my employees just gave me about 8 lbs of grouper he caught
yesterday. Anybody know how to grill it? |

| They changed the fish from a Jew to a Gentile. |

| Did that involve a reattachment of the foreskin? |

|
| LOL. I dunno. I wonder if the name change came as the result of research that
showed that the fish suffered from a pituitary disorder. |

| That depends. Ask him if it was red grouper, black grouper, gag grouper. |

| Considering they can weigh 800 lbs., that makes sense. I also like the reference to a story in the Torah (Old Testament), someone
was very creative, unlike most PC names. |

| Tons of recipes on the net: http://tinyurl.com/ahvlk Just season it, put it on a perforated tray over some hot coals or on your
gas grill and turn it after about 4 or 5 minutes. When the fish is flakey
it is done. |

|
| is that 4 or 5 minutes on each side? for a total of
about 8 or ten minutes? |
Mike

|
| Yes. But that assumes a hot fire and a 1" thick fillet. If the fillet is
2" thick, generally double the time. |
