Harry, You are working very hard to get a rise out of me, but there is nothing you can say that will upset me. Call me a kiddy pornographer, a boatless idiot or whatever you new bait of the day is. I have decided not to stoop to your level. Reggie

reggie is a bill clinton clone and looks like hillary. Shortwave

Naw. But I find his new, unctuous, born-again persona as disgusting as his former one here. Harry

LOL, OK you son of a bitch, that did it, the gloves are off now. Reggie

Harry, Why don't you go back to pretending you have me filtered. That way you won't have to see my new unctuous, born-again persona. It would make you life much more enjoyable. Reggie

Let it go. Some folks are here to discuss boats and boating while others are not.

Look at it this way. You can post and get respect in the cruising NG, Harry cannot. He is persona non grata there. Don't follow the idiot's lead.

And you would be in the latter group. Harry

There you go again, telling people what to do. Harry

Since you don't have a boat, Snipper, why do you care? Harry

Even if Skipper doesn't own a boat, even if he will never go to Mexico, it is an interesting concept to encourage boating tourist and revitalize some areas of Mexico that could benefit from Tourism. As with most major projects, there are always major disagreements. None the less, I found it interesting and like his post on the Blog by a cruising couple to be the kind of post anyone who enjoys boating would enjoy.

I disagree with Skipper when he talks about the west vs. east, there are some beautiful places on both coasts, and some polluted waterways on both coast, but he is correct that the Gulf of California/Cortes is a beautiful prime cruising area. I believe the real reason he goes trolling with the west coast vs. east coast is he is trying to get some boating related topics discussed. People talking about their favorite cruising areas, and he really doesn't believe his own hype (but I could be wrong).

Speaking of great cruising areas, how many people have been up to Georgian Bay? http://www.exploregeorgianbay.com/

We all know how difficult it is to google up information about pleasure Harry

Harry, From reading your post, it is obvious that have know more than the average person about outboard boat and coastal/bay fishing. I have to assume that when you were younger, you must have done some fishing, because you really haven't done much in years. You do read many reviews and can provide good information when you want to. Normally you prefer to just antagonize people so you can try to belittle them. I prefer not to take your bait.

As far as my use of my boat, I have put more than 100 hrs on my boat 5 out of the last 6 years, so I really spend more time boating than you do. Yo-Ho is a beauty, but if you are not going to use her I can understand why you are trying to sell her.

If you took the chip off your shoulder, you might enjoy life more.

That's right, Smithers. I don't do as much fishing as I used to do. I used to go out to fish several times a week, but these days, if I go out on the boat three or four times a week, only one of those times will be to fish.

Sorry, but I don't believe any of your boating claims. You're just too anonymous for anything you say to be believed. I tend to believe those people who take responsibility for their claims. You hide too much.

Ok, if you don't want to believe my comment about my boat and the number of hours on my hour meter, so be it. There are many people who do who do fabricate stories, so I can understand your hesitancy to believe anyone's claims in Usenet. For the life of me, I can't figure out how you boat 3 to 4 times a week, and keep Yo-Ho's hours so slow. I normally use my boat 2 times a week, and go over 100 hrs a year, but that is no big deal, as long as you enjoy YoHo so be it. Reggie

Almost trailered up there last summer for the 1st Annual Sandpiper 565 Rendezvous... but the wife was working and the 4000km tow was daunting. This year the 2nd annual rendezvous will be 1000 km closer (round trip) at Gananoque in the Thousand Islands area. Don

There's very little about you or your comments I believe. You work too hard at keeping yourself a deep, dark secret. You might be a kiddie pornographer, eh?

> For the life of me, I can't figure out how > you boat 3 to 4 times a week, and keep Yo-Ho's hours so slow. When you get older, you're realize there are lots of things you cannot figure out.
