Merk 800 Parts Location

There is an aluminum bracket where the removable front cover attaches. The rectifier mounts to this bracket. It is about 3.5 inches square and is a selenium plate type rectifier which will be hard to find. You can substitute a much smaller and more current one from engines such as a black 150 hp Merk, these are more readily available.
