Door County, WI boating question

I am thinking about hauling up my 25 foot Bennington pontoon boat to door county, wi. I would not put it on the Michigan side, but rather in the green bay area. Anyone familiar with these waters? Would this be suicidal or is green bay semi calm? We just want to tool around the shore line, maybe go to some of the islands around there.

it will depend on the weather. the bay can and does get rough. If it is a good day the island are great.

Pontoon boats are inland lake boats......they have no place on the Great Lakes. ;-)
