Help...Reverse makes my boat stall !
Hello, I have a 1992 four winns 18ft bowrider.... when I put it in
reverse it does not engage,runs real rough and then stalls..... What
the heck is this problem.....Please help !omc i/o 3.0 gm motor |

| Most likely the cable going from the engine to the outdrive transom housing
is getting stiff and need replacement. There are other parts in the Cobra
Drive's shifting mechanisms that can be corroded, worn, stuck, or out of
adjustment also. Find a knowledgeable mechanic who is familiar with Cobra sterndrives to
