Here's a list of Coast Guard HF frequencies and the times the frequencies are guarded.

It's interesting to just scan through these from time to time - you get to hear some neat stuff. Frequencies are in Khz.

2182, 2670, 3253, 4134/4426 (ship/shore), 5320, 5696*, 6200/6501 (ship/shore),

8240/8764 (ship/shore), 8980, 8983*, 11202, 12242/13089 (ship/shore) NOTES: 8983 is very active during daytime. 8980 used for phone patches to free up 8983. 5696 is very active during nighttime.
