Low cost substitute for "Marine" toilet paper

I wonder how many people don't know that buying the cheapest, single ply TP you can find is often the exact same roll of stuff that you can buy at the local marine supply store for about $3 a roll?

There's no plant that manufactures "marine toilet paper", but a bunch of guys who repackage single ply and sell it at some incredible prices.
