sea ray 175
I'm thinking about purchasing the sea ray 175 sport and was looking
for some opinions. I have been researching this boat vs. other open
bow 175's and this seems to be the boat to buy due to quailty and
especially the steering system. I'm not comparing money but I am
comparing quality, I would gladly pay a little more for quality and
the fact that this boat is made in the USA is a big factor for me as
well. Any one have any thoughts? I would appreciate you taking a
moment to give your experience. |

option on the Bayliner - but besides that it is the same boat - go out to a
shop and check all boats - i have done that before buying - and you will see
that they are more or less same boats |

| You must be correct, but I haven't checked out SeaRay, Bayliner and
Maxum in a few years, but I would be very surprised if they are not
following GM's market niche philosophy. Where they use basically the
same car/boat, and change the trim and provide upgraded components and
options as you move up to the upscale/better brands. It would not make
sense to have SeaRay, Bayliner, and Maxum all producing the same boat,
except for the color. |
