Sunglasses

A while back we had a thread on sunglasses. I was trying to recall which classes gave the best clarity for site fishing. It seems I recallt hat a vermillion lens was the goto choice for lens color. Is that corect?

A lot depends on the color of the water. I fish a lot of stained water and find that amber works VERY well for me. But other people that I know from around the country report that different colors are working well for them. Steve

Steve's right - amber/yellow makes largemouths light right up in clear water/shallow water.

In low light conditions I prefer an amber lense & when it's bright out I like a dark gray or dark green. bassintheweeds
