Hey guys I need some help, I'm fishing a club tournament wed. night on
the st. joesph river in buchanan, mi. it's kinda murky right now and a
little high from all the rain. what's the best way to catch bass in
muddy water. |

| As always, at night, and especially if the water is muddy, you want to use
spinnerbaits with single black blades (any kind but Willowleaf), always
fished slow & steady. That is your #1 pattern, I believe most would agree.

| Jeez Bob, take most of the words out of my mouth. Now, the only thing that
I can add is to add rattles to any soft plastics that you might use. |

| Rattling Florida weights work great at night. Another thing I like is to use
plastics that move some water, like a Gator Tail worm or Berkley Flipin' Tail
worm. My #1 night bait is a Berkley TS Flipin' Tail worm with a rattling
