line twist

i love to use a texas rig, but i have the problem of line twist to deal with - as does everyone else, i'm sure. do any of you use a swivel between the weight and the hook? if you do, do you have the same success? what are the drawbacks?

I just recently read somebody else's post where they use a small ball bearing swivel on t-rigs and slide the soft plastic all the way up over the snap clip just leaving the swivel exposed. I never really had a problem with it, but I'll pack it awy in the back of my mind for future refference.
