Got Spanked!
We had a friendly tourney this saturday afternoon/evening. I got one 1.5lb
dink, missed 4, my buddy got nothing. We fished in a windy area, in heavy
weeds/lilypads. What was I doing wrong! The other 2 guys got 3 right away,
and then with 15 min to go, nailed a 4.5 lber... It was very windy, I hoped i would get them with spinnerbaits, mimicing
baitfish blown up from the surface currents... no luck.. Only plastics
prevailed... I guess I need to read the lake better during windy conditions.... Dam.... |
