What is the most accepted formula for determining weight of fish,
particularly bass..
I have seen several on the internet and was trying to narrow it down to one,
thanks!

The most accepted calculation is length2 x girth -:- 1,200. Or in other
words length x length x girth divided by 1,200. By this formula a 22"
bass with a girth of 15" would weigh slightly over 6 pounds.
