| Yes it is - had to pick my last bell peppers Monday - had freezing temps for
the first time that night - now my dog water bucket in the back yard is
frozen. Can't wait for spring in early March.

| Randy, just fyi . . .<snort> if you hung it on the windy side the temp would
be the same. Wind chll only counts on skin. <grin> but who's counting all I
know is my swimming pool water is frozen solid. acccccck !
