RIP Tom Mann
Another of Modern Bass Fishing's early legends has passed on.Tom Mann -- the founder of Mann's Bait Company, Tom Mann's Fish World,
Allied Industries (later to become Humminbird and eventually
Techsonics), and later Southern Plastics -- one of the largest private
label plastic injection houses in the country -- and one of BASS's first
super stars died on Friday. He was 70. |

| I met and chatted with Tom last July at ICAST, he seemed to be a genuinely
nice guy. My condolences to the family. |
