Prop question...
Jerry's suggestion about look on eBay for a SS prop leaves me really
confused. Ok, I find alot of them, but what size do I need? When I buy
aluminum, I use a 12.5 x 23p. I've heard that I need to reduce the pitch of
the blades when I buy SS, but how do I know by how much? |

| I never heard anything about changing pitch. I bought both of them at the
same pitch. |

| I heard that you should reduce by one inch of pitch. Your mileage will
vary. It has to do with lost power due to the flexing of the blades with aluminum. Bob La Londe

| I imagine with a higher HP motor with larger blades the difference may be
more pronounced.
