Take a LOOK at this fish

I posted a picture of a fish at a.b.p.f

apparently it looks like a Rudd fish. This thing was decent sized and from what I read it's not a good fish to have around. anyone have any info about these fish?

Then this was one big shiner 11 inchs hitting a jitterbug???????? I know they have huge shiners in FLA but I never saw them that big here. I hope your right alwaysfishking

You should have put a 2/0 Kahle hook in his lips to see the other oversize denizens of your lake:) Eric

RAndy , we have them that big here as well. My buddy catches them bluegill fishing in the spring all the time.

I read they destroy spawning areas, some websites said kill them and freeze them and report them alwaysfishking

Lol, lakes I fish are loaded with them. They're shiners. I think you're reading the paranoid ramblings of guys in the UK & the like that fish for minnows, carp etc...

You caught one on a jitterbug, that may be a first lol.
