How difficult to change trailer tires?
I have to change a 13" tubeless trailer tire (Loadstar 550 ST175 5/80 D). I
ordered just the tire. I am planning on using the existing galvanized
wheels.I imagine there is a trick to using the tire irons. Should I attempt this by hand or should I take it to a garage? Thanks from Rick |

| You could do it probably with tire irons, but I'd take it to a garage and
have them swap the tire on the rim. They can balance the tire for you as
well while you're there. |

| You can also have them dispose of the old tire properly for you. It is a
crime these days to toss tires in the trash, and as of a couple years ago
they started tracking tire serial numbers. |

Take it to a tire shop! It is easy to break the cords of the tire when
attempting a tire iorn change if you don't know exactly what you'er
doing. And they will balance the tire for you at the same time. Cheap at
the price they charge! JK |
