Preparing for launch in Laconia The successor to Martel's will remain an integral part of public access to Lake Winnisquam, likely as a weigh-in station for some of the 23 fishing tournaments that have already been scheduled for the lake this year and also as a provider, for a fee, of overflow parking for the state-owned boat launch.
